Maintenance Planner

About the role

The Maintenance Planner will lead and improve the maintenance planning process for Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages in Madinah. The role ensures that routine and extraordinary maintenance plans are created, executed on time, and aligned with safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive routine and extraordinary maintenance plans for all site assets, integrating OEM plans into the AMM system.
• Govern the planning process, prioritize tasks, schedule shutdowns, and coordinate third‑party service providers.
• Monitor execution of maintenance activities, address deviations promptly, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and optimizing maintenance routines in the AMM system.
• Deploy Maintenance Excellence Packages, share learnings, and align asset performance with cost‑benefit expectations.
• Integrate digital solutions such as Predictive Maintenance, real‑time reporting, and mobile AMM tools to enhance reliability.
• Analyze life‑cycle costs, identify savings, and collaborate with finance and procurement on budgets and inventories.
• Support start‑up of new lines by preparing maintenance plans, resources, and routines from day one.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in plant operations & maintenance, with at least 2 years in asset maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of reliability‑centered maintenance, TPM PM Pillar methodology, and asset management best practices.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems, especially SAP.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
