Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The company is a leading switchgear and low‑voltage electrical panel manufacturer seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of production, moulding and heavy‑machinery assets in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of DESMA injection moulding machines (units #2‑#6).
• Design and execute preventive‑maintenance programmes for hydraulic systems, 200‑ton hydraulic press, and rubber transfer units.
• Maintain hydraulic crimping machines, power packs, mixing mill, molding press, trimming, washing and industrial oven equipment.
• Manage high‑voltage testing, partial‑discharge detection and overload/magnetic test panels in the electrical testing lab.
• Interpret CNC/PLC alarm histories, adjust PM intervals using MTBF data, and ensure safety interlocks, two‑hand controls and light curtains are functional.
• Oversee inventory of spare parts, tools and calibration devices, and coordinate with the production team to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• 5‑8 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and preventive‑maintenance best practices.
