Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Hilton, you will lead the hotel’s maintenance team to ensure the building, systems and guest areas are safe, functional and welcoming. You will combine technical expertise with Hilton’s hospitality values to deliver memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance to achieve high‑quality work.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC and life‑safety systems.
• Assign daily maintenance tasks and document work in the property management system.
• Oversee external contractors, inspect completed work and ensure it meets quality standards.
• Respond promptly to service requests, guest concerns and emergency situations.
• Conduct preventive and ad‑hoc maintenance on fixtures, fittings and equipment to keep them in safe condition.
