We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance unit in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational excellence and technical reliability of our facilities and equipment.

Missions principales

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of electricians, mechanics, welders, plumbers, painters, and general technicians.
• Develop and implement comprehensive weekly and monthly preventive maintenance plans for all devices and equipment.
• Ensure maximum availability and performance of all technical resources through rigorous monitoring.
• Manage emergency interventions and corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Supervise all maintenance documentation and workflows within SAP or CMMS systems.
• Control spare parts inventory levels and participate in the definition of the maintenance budget.
• Generate detailed technical reports for management review.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety and security protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Quality team.

• Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Budget management and inventory control skills.
