Maintenance Technician – Filling & Process

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining filling, packaging and dairy process equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The role supports production reliability, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and maximizes equipment availability across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on filling, packaging and dairy process equipment.
• Diagnose equipment faults, carry out repairs, replacements and adjustments to ensure reliability.
• Support production teams by troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Execute work orders according to schedules, monitor equipment performance and contribute to efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in dairy, FMCG, food & beverage or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with filling equipment and dairy process equipment is preferred.
