Maintenance Technician – Full-time

Key responsibilities

• Receive repair requests from the Maintenance Team Leader and perform repairs according to work instructions and machine manuals.
• Request spare parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form and obtain pre‑approval.
• Clean the work area after repairs following the Post Maintenance Cleaning work instruction.
• Document finishing time, task description, pending items and findings on the Repair Request Form.
• Obtain production feedback and approval on completed repairs before final submission.
• Execute scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks using checklists and report new findings.
• Carry out in‑house calibration tasks as instructed.
• Perform 5S duties to maintain a tidy and safe workspace.

Required profile

• Reading, writing and arithmetic skills, preferably obtained through a technical institute degree.
• Good physical condition and ability to work under high‑stress conditions.
• Willingness to work alternating shifts.
