Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for restoring equipment to operational condition, performing scheduled upkeep, and supporting production continuity. The role works closely with the Maintenance Team Leader and Production Team to ensure timely repairs and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and execute repair requests following work instructions and machine manuals.
• Seek assistance from Lead Technician or Team Leader for complex breakdowns.
• Request and manage spare parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form.
• Document repair completion, time, findings, and pending tasks on the Repair Request Form.
• Obtain production feedback and approval before finalizing repair records.
• Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks using checklists.
• Perform in‑house calibration activities as instructed.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• Follow all health, safety, and Saudi labor regulations.

Required profile

• Technical Institute degree or equivalent technical education.
• Good reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Physical ability to work in a high‑stress environment and perform alternating shifts.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, PPE usage, and emergency response.
