About the role

eSense Consulting is seeking a sharp, driven Management Consultant to join its growing practice in Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading and supporting strategy, operations, and organizational development projects while delivering executive‑ready outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support consulting engagements across strategy, operations, or organizational development.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders stay aligned.
• Proactively follow up with clients and internal teams to track action items, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum.
• Design and deliver high‑quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for technical and executive audiences.
• Prepare polished PowerPoint decks and Word documents for workshops, steering committees, and board‑level briefings.
• Conduct structured research, data gathering, and analysis to support recommendations and business cases.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and working sessions, capturing key decisions and next steps.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through consistent communication.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and capability presentations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of consulting experience with a recognized firm operating in Saudi Arabia (Big 4, strategy boutique, or regional advisory).
• Proven project‑management skills with a track record of delivering engagements on time and within scope.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant Master’s a plus).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
