Management Consultant

About the role

You will shape how the client thinks about their transformation – before, during, and after delivery. Acting as a trusted advisor, you help senior stakeholders understand why change is needed, what it will look like, and how to achieve it.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements workshops from preparation to debrief.
• Define transformation roadmaps, operating models, and governance structures based on diagnostics.
• Prepare and present recommendations to senior client stakeholders, including steering committees.
• Steer scope discussions, translating ambiguous client needs into clear commercial and delivery scope.
• Write proposals, business cases, and executive‑facing deliverables with precision.
• Collaborate with project managers and technology teams to keep delivery aligned with the consulting diagnosis.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, digital strategy, or transformation advisory.
• Strong facilitation and workshop skills, capable of guiding senior executives.
• Proven ability to write and present structured recommendations at C‑suite level.
• Commercial instinct and ability to navigate ambiguous briefs.
• Experience in MarCom, marketing operations, CRM, or digital transformation is strongly preferred.
