Management Consulting Mentor (Remote)

About the role

Wall Street Oasis is seeking experienced management consultants to join its Mentorship Program as remote mentors. You will guide aspiring consultants through the recruitment process, case interview preparation, and resume crafting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 coaching to students and professionals targeting management consulting roles.
• Share firsthand insights on consulting recruitment, including case, fit, and problem‑solving assessments.
• Conduct mock case interviews and deliver structured feedback on frameworks and communication.
• Assist candidates in refining consulting‑ready resumes and personal narratives for fit interviews.

Required profile

• Professional experience in management consulting (MBB, Tier‑2, or boutique firms).
• Current or former roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, Engagement Manager, or Principal.
• Strong familiarity with case interview formats (profitability, market entry, M&A, operations, etc.).
• Clear, concise communication skills and a mentorship mindset focused on detail‑oriented, actionable feedback.
