Manager, Corporate Functions Process Excellence

About the role

The Manager, Corporate Functions Process Excellence will coordinate and manage process excellence activities within the Corporate Excellence division. The role supports effective process governance, continuous improvement, and alignment of services with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining and revising corporate policies and processes to meet evolving business needs.
• Maintain and update process documentation, including maps and operating manuals.
• Manage change requests and variations through established governance procedures.
• Monitor service delivery metrics, identify gaps and propose improvement actions.
• Lead or support continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on process, automation or technology enhancements.
• Gather and clarify requirements for new or revised services and assess impact on manpower planning.
• Contribute to the definition and update of service catalogue documents and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Support customer onboarding for the Corporate Process Owner function, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of processes and resolve related issues.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating process‑governance activities within corporate functions.
• Ability to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date process documentation.
• Proven track record of monitoring service performance and driving improvement actions.
• Experience gathering service requirements and evaluating resource implications.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills to facilitate smooth process execution.
