Manager DevSecOps

About the role

Riyadh Air is looking for a Manager DevSecOps to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable digital platforms across Adobe‑based web sites and native mobile applications. In this senior position you will define strategy, standards and tooling while guiding a distributed team embedded in product squads.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the DevSecOps capability roadmap aligned with enterprise digital, cloud and security strategies.
• Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks and tooling for Adobe web platforms and iOS/Android mobile apps.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to embed security and automation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Set up, configure and manage modern development environments and platforms.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and product roadmaps while balancing scalability, delivery speed and risk.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps or Platform Engineering.
• Proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams.
• Strong background with Adobe platforms and mobile CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP), containers and automation tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Angular frameworks, web applications and UI/UX principles.
