Manager, Micro Mobility Operations

About the role

Coastal Transportation Services Co. is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee micro‑mobility operations across its Red Sea destinations. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and continuously improving services such as buggies, e‑bikes, and scooters, supporting the broader mobility strategy in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily micro‑mobility operations across multiple locations, ensuring service continuity and asset availability.
• Lead supervisory staff, operators, and support teams, setting performance standards aligned with safety and customer service.
• Monitor regulatory, safety, and policy compliance, and implement incident‑management protocols.
• Act as primary contact for operational queries, escalations, and cross‑functional coordination with Land Operations, Maintenance, and Projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to support service delivery and infrastructure readiness.
• Develop operational plans for service expansion, including asset deployment and integration of new modes such as e‑bikes and scooters.

• Proven experience in managing transportation or micro‑mobility services.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
