Manager - Technical Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Infrastructure Specialist Manager to lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations across data centre, servers, networks, Linux platforms, deskside support, SOC and NOC. The role demands strong leadership, deep technical expertise and a forward‑thinking approach to AI‑enabled operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operations of data centre infrastructure, server & virtualization platforms, network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN), Linux/Unix platforms, deskside support, SOC/NOC and storage/backup.
• Ensure availability, performance, capacity and reliability of all infrastructure components.
• Drive proactive monitoring, incident, problem and root‑cause management.
• Establish and maintain service levels, monitor SLA/OLA/KPI targets and lead major incident resolution.
• Develop operational dashboards and executive reports, adhering to ITIL best practices and ISO processes.

Required profile

• Managed teams of 25+ members across multiple technologies (helpdesk, server, network, cloud).
• Strong experience with ITIL and ISO processes.
• Core technical expertise in at least two infrastructure technologies.
• Understanding of automation, AI concepts and risk/compliance management.
• Experience in service improvement planning, preferably from an IT service company.
