Manager, Unified Cybersecurity Services

About the role

Group-IB is seeking a Manager to lead its Unified Cybersecurity Services portfolio. You will combine consulting, business development and leadership expertise to drive service demand, manage complex engagements and shape the market perception of Group-IB’s cybersecurity offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and support sales across the full cybersecurity services portfolio.
• Process incoming requests, design customer‑specific solutions and develop journey maps.
• Oversee opportunity lifecycle, from proposal to post‑engagement follow‑up.
• Supervise service delivery projects, validate deliverables and present executive summaries.
• Coordinate multi‑practice engagements involving cyber defence, training, digital forensics, incident response and red teaming.
• Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven consulting and business development experience in the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex service engagements.
• Experience managing service delivery across multiple cybersecurity practices.
• Ability to work directly with clients and translate technical capabilities into business value.
