Managing Consultant – Cybersecurity Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Managing Consultant to lead the growth of its Cybersecurity Business Development segment. You will own the P&L for cybersecurity services, drive revenue through direct sales and cross‑selling, and coordinate with product, consulting, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client introductions and cross‑sell opportunities across Recorded Future, RiskRecon, and Cyber‑Consulting services.
• Oversee sales enablement for Services Business Leads, including collateral, pitch decks, training, and pipeline visibility.
• Align product, sales, consulting, and marketing teams around launches and revenue targets.
• Own end‑to‑end sales cycles for consulting bundles and generate referrals for Mastercard‑managed accounts.
• Monitor lead funnel health, report on commercial integration progress, and implement improvement actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cybersecurity or technology‑focused business development initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, threat intelligence, and risk assessment services.
• Experience with consulting sales and managing complex client engagements.
