About the role

The Managing Director is the top executive responsible for leading the organisation, setting its strategic direction and owning full profit and loss accountability. Reporting to the board, the role drives business growth, operational excellence and high‑impact delivery across all service lines while aligning with Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall strategic direction of the organisation.
• Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial performance and profitability.
• Oversee all business units, including consulting, operations and support functions.
• Drive business growth, market expansion and strategic partnerships.
• Lead executive client relationships with government and C‑level stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery excellence across all engagements and portfolios.
• Approve and oversee major strategic decisions, investments and initiatives.
• Build and lead a strong executive leadership team and organisational structure.
• Represent the firm at national and international forums and strategic events.
• Ensure alignment with Vision 2030 and long‑term organisational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 15‑25+ years of experience in consulting, executive leadership or senior management roles.
• Proven track record of leading large organisations or consulting firms.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and business growth achievements.
• Extensive experience in strategy, transformation or advisory services.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging government and C‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making and strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Saudi nationality required.
