About the role
You will lead the safe, compliant delivery of marine construction projects, coordinating engineering, resources, and execution plans from site preparation through closeout. This role balances schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance while working closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders on challenging field conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Marine construction methods
- Dredging and seabed preparation
- Structural concrete/steel basics
- Project planning and scheduling (Primavera)
- QA/QC inspections and reporting
- Risk assessments and permits
- Strong safety leadership
- Cross‑functional coordination
