Market Access Manager – Vaccines

About the role

The Market Access Manager will develop and execute strategies that ensure timely, sustainable patient access to our vaccine portfolio. You will translate scientific, clinical, health‑economic and real‑world evidence into compelling value propositions for payers and healthcare decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement market access strategies for existing products and new launches, targeting favorable pricing, reimbursement and formulary inclusion.
• Lead pricing and reimbursement submissions, preparing value dossiers, budget impact analyses and health‑economic evidence.
• Conduct pricing analyses, benchmarking and scenario modelling to optimise commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Medical, HEOR, Regulatory and Policy teams to generate health‑economic models and real‑world evidence aligned with access needs.
• Map stakeholders and develop engagement plans with payers, HTA bodies, policy makers and hospitals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance and Regional Market Access teams to ensure alignment on value messaging and launch readiness.
