About the role

The Market Development Specialist drives the identification and creation of new business opportunities, expands market presence, and supports regulatory and strategic initiatives that boost market growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve regulatory frameworks for market institutions.
• Organize conferences, forums, and workshops with financial market institutions.
• Enhance employee skills and contribute to qualification and certification assessments.
• Improve internal processes and controls within financial market institutions.
• Conduct studies and develop regulatory and technical frameworks to attract foreign investors.
• Review and address inquiries from foreign investors to increase their market participation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve challenges faced by financial market institutions.
• Enable and support market institutions in expanding their business activities.
• Identify new market opportunities locally and internationally.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, generate and qualify leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Support business development initiatives and implement go‑to‑market strategies.
• Monitor market trends, investor needs, and prepare strategic reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in market development, business development, regulatory work, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience in financial markets or regulatory institutions is preferred.
