Market Manager – High Voltage Products (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Market Manager will support the Front‑End Sales team in marketing and sales activities for the High Voltage business unit in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for developing profitable and sustainable sales across the full portfolio, implementing business unit strategies, and representing the organisation’s interests in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market strategies to achieve growth targets for the High Voltage business unit.
• Conduct thorough market research, analyse industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage demand‑side activities, including third‑party sales, internal sales and channel coverage, and oversee the country‑specific demand budget.
• Facilitate bid and proposal processes, manage quotations, and ensure accurate documentation in relevant systems.
• Lead negotiations and contract management for country‑specific deals, incorporating guidance from the business unit.
• Drive sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with product marketing teams to position products, coordinate launches and promotional activities.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary contact for market‑related queries.
• Develop and monitor the market budget, reporting financial performance and contributions to business objectives.
• Organise after‑sales activities, ensure proper order handling and contract compliance.
