Marketing & Advertising Manager – Education Sector

About the role

The Marketing & Advertising Manager will lead the development and execution of high‑impact marketing strategies for a leading education and vocational training organization. This senior position is responsible for aligning campaigns with the company’s vision and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, while managing large budgets and a talented team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the education sector.
• Lead large‑scale omnichannel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, traditional advertising) and ensure optimal budget allocation for maximum ROI.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows and strategic events, building relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Foster an innovative, performance‑driven culture within the marketing team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering high‑profile campaigns.
• Experience in event planning, lead generation and digital marketing across multiple platforms.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
