Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a global, data‑driven team. In this fully remote position you will turn large‑scale marketing and campaign data into actionable insights that shape user acquisition, budget allocation, and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver detailed analytical reports on marketing campaigns, highlighting optimization opportunities.
• Analyze daily marketing KPIs, detect anomalies, and investigate performance trends.
• Design, monitor, and evaluate A/B tests, providing clear recommendations based on statistical outcomes.
• Improve and maintain attribution models, LTV frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Develop actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, targeting strategies, and ROI.
• Optimize reporting systems and budgeting tools for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data consistency across analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mathematical, economics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote‑first environment.
• Preferred candidates based in APAC or nearby time zones with at least 3 hours overlap with the team.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets (functions, pivot tables).
• BigQuery and handling large‑scale datasets.
• BI tools such as Tableau or Superset.
• SQL (MS SQL) and basic Python.
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads platforms.
