Marketing and Development Manager

About the role

The Marketing and Development Manager will lead the creation and execution of annual marketing strategies that support the company's objectives. This role combines strategic planning, media coordination, budget management, and community engagement to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate media relations to secure local and regional coverage.
• Oversee advertising design, placement, and print production.
• Manage the marketing budget and advertising schedules.
• Conduct or supervise audience research, including surveys and market studies.
• Produce sales and marketing reports and recommend actionable insights.
• Maintain the customer database and track direct‑marketing projects.
• Support long‑range planning, vendor/distributor contract negotiation, and legal coordination.
• Participate in community events and partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and implementing marketing plans.
• Ability to coordinate media relations and secure coverage.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and advertising schedules.
• Familiarity with audience research methods such as surveys and market analysis.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and recommending actions.
