Marketing Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results‑driven Brand Manager to join our marketing team in the food and beverage sector. The role will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth, enhance brand equity, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic brand plans to increase awareness, loyalty and market share.
• Conduct market research and analysis to capture consumer behavior, trends and competitive insights.
• Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and business objectives.
• Manage brand budgets and allocate resources across multiple marketing channels.
• Collaborate with product development, sales and other functions to launch new products and improve existing offerings.
• Track and measure brand performance, adjusting strategies based on KPIs and market conditions.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to deliver impactful brand activations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing strategy within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the food and beverage sector.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
