Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communication Manager will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, attract luxury travelers, corporate clients, and event planners, and drive revenue for a five‑star resort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to position the resort as a premier luxury destination.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, advertisements, and digital platforms.
• Create high‑quality promotional content such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences to refine strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and travel journalists; write and distribute press releases.
• Organise press trips, media events, influencer collaborations, and promotional activations.
• Support the Sales team with MICE events, FAM trips, and corporate hospitality experiences.
• Manage crisis communication and respond to guest feedback on review platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and public relations within a five‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimise marketing spend.
