About the role
We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to drive brand building and manage day‑to‑day marketing activities across all channels in Saudi Arabia. Working closely with the KSA Marketing Director and global teams, you will ensure the brand’s voice is consistent and engaging.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and align the KSA MarCom strategy with the global brand strategy.
- Plan and execute local media buying, PR, events, new store openings and product launches.
- Create and manage the social‑media calendar, produce engaging content, monitor reach and engagement, and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Write and edit copy in Arabic and English for press releases, e‑commerce, and online communications.
- Generate ideas for promotions, articles and publicity, ensuring coordination with internal and external creative teams.
- Maintain brand standards, develop creative briefs and oversee agency work for quality and cost‑effectiveness.
- Engage with followers, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and support brand satisfaction.
- Track budget usage, report on financial status and analyse campaign impact on sales.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Service or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on social‑media management and brand activations.
- Proven hands‑on experience executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
