Marketing Communications Manager I

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager I is responsible for developing and executing the property’s marketing plan, managing e‑commerce initiatives, and fostering relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders. This full‑time position supports the property’s occupancy and brand visibility across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages, and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites and coordinate brand‑loyalty mailings.
• Create brochure and collateral materials, and oversee property signage and imaging work.
• Analyze DMA source market reports, guest lists, and campaign tracking data to inform marketing decisions.
• Manage the marketing budget, track ROI of promotions, and reallocate funds as needed.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across advertising, collateral, and guest touchpoints.
• Represent the property on quality internet sites and collaborate with convention bureaus and tourism chambers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
