Marketing & Communications Manager – MENA

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the growth of the Kings League brand across the MENA region. Reporting to the global team, you will shape and execute regional marketing, communications and fan‑engagement programmes that boost brand awareness and community participation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy, adapting global campaigns to local cultural nuances.
• Identify and leverage sports, entertainment and cultural opportunities to maximise brand visibility.
• Plan and coordinate multi‑channel campaigns, including digital initiatives and live activations.
• Execute the regional PR and communications plan, building relationships with media, creators, influencers and key stakeholders.
• Support media outreach, corporate communications and reputation management, including crisis communications when needed.
• Design and run fan‑engagement initiatives, collaborating with creators, ambassadors, clubs and partners.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and external agencies, ensuring seamless cross‑functional execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within sports, entertainment, media or gaming.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital, social and influencer marketing programmes.
• Experience working across MENA markets and fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
