Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the hotel's brand presence and drive guest engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Gather information and assets from internal departments for marketing materials.
• Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Help organize and promote events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to execute marketing projects.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for campaigns and initiatives.
• Contribute to the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics and KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team and handle daily tasks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging marketing opportunities.
