Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Marketing Coordinator and help spread the light and warmth of hospitality through memorable guest experiences. You will support marketing initiatives, sales documentation, and daily office operations while contributing to special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives by proofreading advertising copy, assisting campaign execution, maintaining the department calendar, and coordinating internal projects.
• Assist with sales documentation, preparing booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings.
• Perform daily office operations including data entry, invoice distribution, and record‑keeping to ensure efficient team workflow.
• Support special projects by coordinating departmental initiatives or ad‑hoc assignments.
