About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our client‑focused marketing initiatives in Riyadh. You will shape strategies, manage campaigns, and build a high‑performing team while ensuring our solutions resonate with the Saudi market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for a portfolio of clients.
- Oversee the execution of social media, content, digital campaigns, and brand activities.
- Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Build and grow the marketing team as the business expands.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular performance reports.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and the preparation of marketing proposals.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven experience managing teams or external partners.
- Strong communication and client‑management abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Good understanding of the Saudi market.
