Marketing & E‑commerce Account Executive – Content & Strategy

About the role

Wasl Digital is seeking a Marketing & E‑commerce Account Executive – Content & Strategy to join its Jeddah office. The role blends client partnership with hands‑on content creation, marketing planning and e‑commerce execution, moving beyond traditional account management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building deep understanding of their business, products, customers and commercial goals.
• Identify marketing and e‑commerce opportunities, propose innovative ideas and develop monthly marketing and content plans.
• Create campaign concepts, content pillars, promotional offers and detailed content calendars for social media, video, reels and product launches.
• Write and refine marketing copy, hooks, captions and briefs that align with client objectives.
• Brief designers, videographers and other creators, review deliverables and provide clear feedback.
• Coordinate with specialized internal teams to ensure plans are executed and results are measurable.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, digital advertising, social media or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
• Creative mindset, comfortable generating content ideas from scratch and shaping them into compelling campaigns.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
