Marketing Executive – Hospitality Industry

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing hospitality team. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, attract customers and drive revenue across hotels, restaurants, resorts and entertainment services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospitality services, offers, events and brand initiatives.
• Manage social media platforms, digital marketing activities and online advertising campaigns.
• Create engaging content such as social media posts, email campaigns, promotional materials and website copy.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies and suppliers to ensure high‑quality marketing deliverables.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Support sales initiatives through promotional campaigns and partnership opportunities.
• Organize and manage events, exhibitions, activations and public relations activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and communications.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Build relationships with media partners, influencers, travel agencies and corporate clients.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure cost‑effective execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
