Marketing Manager – B2B (Riyadh)

About the role

The Marketing Manager (B2B) will lead the overall marketing strategy for a fast‑growing organization in Riyadh. You will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, generating qualified leads and delivering measurable growth across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy that supports business growth, brand positioning and lead generation.
• Coordinate marketing activities across business units, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Translate complex business challenges into integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, market share and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing priorities.

Required profile

• Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven success operating in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high‑performing marketing teams.
• Recent certifications in AI‑driven marketing or performance marketing are a plus.
