Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing programmes for large‑scale sports and entertainment tournaments. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams and external agencies to deliver brand, fan and community activations on‑ground and across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with event objectives.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign execution across digital, social, ATL, BTL and experiential channels.
• Manage program reporting, KPI tracking and performance analysis.
• Oversee creative development, content calendars and storytelling.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns (social, search, programmatic).
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (commercial, operations, PR, partnerships) and external agencies, vendors and media partners.
• Support sponsor activation and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
• Drive fan‑engagement initiatives and on‑ground activations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑8 years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, entertainment or large‑scale events.
• Proven track record delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics and paid‑media optimisation.
• Experience managing agencies and cross‑functional teams.
