About the role
We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and marketing initiatives for a premium Saudi chocolate manufacturer. The role will shape our market presence across luxury, corporate gifting, hospitality, and international expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and plans.
- Lead branding, positioning, and awareness campaigns.
- Manage digital channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, and Email Marketing.
- Plan and launch product introductions and promotional campaigns.
- Create and oversee content strategies and social‑media activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate qualified leads to support sales growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
- Coordinate external agencies, designers, and media partners.
- Support export market expansion and international brand awareness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
- Strong digital marketing background.
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, luxury brands or confectionery is highly preferred.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
