Marketing Manager

About the role

We are redefining e‑commerce across fashion, beauty, sports and tech. As a Marketing Manager you will shape bold brand experiences that make our products unforgettable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute brand‑building campaigns ensuring a consistent, bold voice.
• Collect and analyse customer insight data to improve campaign performance.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative content, promotions and events.
• Create marketing material and digital promotions for key categories.
• Collaborate with category managers on product launches and promotional events.
• Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness across digital platforms.
• Prepare presentations for product launches and campaign results.
• Track trends and customer engagement to optimise strategy.
• Manage Asana marketing calendars for men’s and women’s categories.
• Coordinate in‑app visual and text content (homepages, push notifications, etc.).
• Host weekly internal meetings to align marketing goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of hands‑on marketing or social‑media experience.
• Professional marketing certification is a plus.
• Excellent bilingual communication in Arabic and English.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and research skills.

Required skills

• Asana for project and calendar management.
• CMS platforms for content publishing.
• Presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Social‑media platforms and trend monitoring.
