Marketing Manager

About the role

Tahaluf, the leading B2B live and on‑demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Marketing Manager to shape and execute its marketing strategy across large‑scale, high‑impact events. You will work closely with a supportive leadership team and cross‑functional partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, including planning, implementation, management and optimisation of inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Drive online traffic, leads and conversions while reporting on performance against strategic KPIs.
• Analyse visitor and exhibitor digital behaviour using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other platforms to identify issues and opportunities.
• Set and benchmark new KPI targets to continuously improve digital campaign performance.
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop, launch and optimise paid media campaigns.
• Measure and optimise paid marketing through vendor‑specific dashboards and analytics reports.
• Identify emerging SEO practices and work with internal and external stakeholders to create cutting‑edge digital campaigns.
• Develop organic search growth strategies aligned with the customer lifecycle and current digital trends.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and deliver marketing strategies that achieve commercial objectives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment focused on large‑scale events.
