Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and execute our overall marketing strategy. You will drive brand equity, expand market share, and support business growth across digital, e‑commerce, and customer experience channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives while monitoring impact on performance.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Provide strategic recommendations on target markets, products, channels and expansion.
• Oversee brand strategy, corporate identity, guidelines and protection standards.
• Define marketing KPIs, track performance and ensure department targets are met.
• Guide digital marketing, e‑commerce and digital transformation efforts.
• Utilise data, analytics and customer insights to improve decisions and engagement.
• Manage customer loyalty programmes and monitor satisfaction indicators.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
• Manage relationships with agencies, partners, vendors and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, brand management, e‑commerce and data analytics.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making, communication and stakeholder management skills.
