Marketing Manager - Roastery / Coffee

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the growth of its coffee and roastery business in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on building brand awareness, expanding B2B relationships and increasing consumer reach across the Saudi coffee and F&B market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support business growth.
• Build brand awareness across the Saudi coffee and F&B sectors.
• Design and implement B2B marketing initiatives to acquire new café, restaurant, hotel, retail and corporate clients.
• Manage campaigns, social media, digital marketing, events and promotions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to meet business targets.
• Oversee marketing budgets, agencies and external partners.
• Track campaign performance and produce regular marketing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in coffee, roastery, F&B or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and an established network within the coffee, F&B, retail or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in brand building, B2B marketing and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
