Marketing & Public Relations Manager

About the role

Wooden Coffee is seeking a Marketing & Public Relations Manager to shape and share the brand story across all channels. You will own the end‑to‑end planning, execution and analysis of campaigns, events and media relations, driving customer engagement and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Draft, edit and distribute press releases and other media materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing activities.
• Oversee promotional events, activations and brand experiences.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Manage timelines and budgets for all marketing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in integrated marketing planning and brand management within the food & beverage sector.
• Strong public‑relations expertise, including press‑release writing and media relations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to act on performance data.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
