Marketing Specialist – Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. You will support the marketing department by planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain the company’s content calendar.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Implement SEO best practices to boost website visibility and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with designers, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
• Support brand‑awareness initiatives and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or marketing roles.
• Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Excellent creative writing and copywriting abilities.
• Good knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
