Marketing Specialist - Fintech

About the role

HurryPay, a fintech company based in Saudi Arabia, is hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist in Riyadh for its Marketing & Growth department. The role drives the brand's growth and market penetration in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, combining strategy, execution and cross-functional collaboration. Only Saudi nationals are eligible.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run go-to-market strategies for new products aligned with regional market needs
• Build brand awareness through data-driven campaigns, PR and thought leadership
• Manage partnerships with financial institutions, tech partners and government entities
• Lead Saudi market penetration and prepare for GCC expansion, tailoring campaigns to local culture
• Drive offline and online lead generation via SEO, SEM, social media, webinars and events
• Work with Sales to align marketing with revenue targets
• Oversee PR and media relations, including crisis communication and brand storytelling
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, CAC and brand sentiment using Google Analytics, HubSpot and CRM platforms

Required profile

• 2+ years in B2B/B2C marketing, preferably in fintech, payments or banking
• Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic
• Preferred: experience scaling brands in Saudi Arabia/GCC, knowledge of financial regulations (e.g. SAMA, PCI DSS), and familiarity with CRM and WordPress
