Marketing Specialist – Full-Time in Riyadh

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across its beauty and fragrance brands in Saudi Arabia. The role will help drive brand presence, support campaigns, and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for content and activations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategies.
• Support content planning and marketing communications.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and analyse results.
• Help organise events, activations and product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, beauty, fragrance or FMCG.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
