Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Marketing Specialist you will lead all local marketing activities for Adecco Saudi Arabia, ensuring brand consistency, market relevance and high engagement across digital channels. You will manage social media, create bilingual content, develop sales collateral and support website localisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Adecco Saudi Arabia’s social media platforms, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local cultural norms while monitoring engagement metrics.
• Build, schedule and send weekly newsletters using Marketing Cloud automation, segment mailing lists and analyse performance.
• Create and update brochures, capability decks and other sales assets in English and Arabic, aligning with global brand guidelines.
• Oversee translation and localisation of website content into Arabic, collaborate with translation partners and coordinate layout updates using Figma.
• Maintain brand governance by ensuring all visuals and messaging adhere to the Adecco identity and support the Head of Sales with custom materials.
• Prepare monthly performance reports covering social media, newsletters, website traffic and provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the Saudi market.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Saudi cultural communication norms.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with regional and local teams.

Required skills

• Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation tool).
• Figma for design and layout work.
• Canva and Adobe Suite for creative asset production.
• Social media management and analytics.
