Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to become the voice, architect, and guardian of our brand. You will design end‑to‑end marketing strategies, boost brand visibility, and create meaningful connections with our customers across beauty, fashion, fragrances and sports categories.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of bold, consistent brand‑building campaigns.
• Collect and analyse customer insight data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative content, promotions and events.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and digital promotion assets.
• Collaborate with category managers on product launches and promotional events.
• Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness across digital platforms.
• Prepare presentations for product launches and campaign results.
• Track trends and customer engagement to optimise strategy.
• Manage Asana marketing calendars for men’s and women’s categories.
• Coordinate in‑app visual and text marketing content such as homepages and push notifications.
• Host weekly internal meetings to align marketing goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
• Professional marketing certification is a plus.
• Excellent bilingual communication in Arabic and English.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Proven track record in building and scaling consumer‑facing campaigns.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (design, product, performance marketing).
