Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and market positioning within the renewable energy sector. The role blends creativity with analytical thinking to design and execute impactful campaigns that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce post‑campaign analysis reports.
• Manage website content and create engaging blogs, case studies and social media posts focused on clean energy solutions.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and customer behavior to inform targeting and strategy.
• Assist in lead generation, nurturing activities and ensure smooth handover to sales.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Support development of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures and promotional assets.
• Help organise events, exhibitions and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in energy, oil & gas or manufacturing.
• Strong Arabic‑language writing skills.
• Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• On‑site photography and video capture (raw footage).
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with social media platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
