Marketing Specialist

About the role

Dal, a Saudi‑born SaaS RegTech company, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to shape how its compliance and governance solutions are positioned in the market. You will craft clear product narratives, drive go‑to‑market initiatives, and support brand visibility across events and customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product positioning and messaging to ensure consistent value articulation.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion.
• Create customer success stories and case studies that highlight outcomes and business impact.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to uncover opportunities and guide product direction.
• Produce product messaging, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
• Represent Dal at industry events, webinars, and customer‑facing activities.
• Plan and run campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product strategy and execution.
• Monitor performance of initiatives, analyze results, and refine tactics based on insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in product marketing, growth, brand, or similar roles within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech.
• Proven ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling value propositions.
• Hands‑on experience with go‑to‑market execution, product launches, or campaign management.
• Strong storytelling skills for creating customer‑facing narratives and case studies.
