Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns for Reef Holding’s portfolio of beauty, fragrance, fashion and retail brands. The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver brand initiatives and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across digital, social, retail and offline channels.
• Coordinate marketing activities with Creative, Social Media, E‑commerce, Sales and Retail teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal activities and events.
• Work with external agencies, suppliers, influencers and other marketing partners as needed.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights.
• Support content planning and ensure marketing materials follow brand guidelines.
• Track marketing timelines, budgets, deliverables and campaign requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, FMCG or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, campaigns and brand activations.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
